Mantaining Your Weight Reduction
Many people have busy lives.  In order to encourage you to meet and keep your personal goals, we have a weekly or monthly twenty-minute "check-in" session.  We discuss your weight maintenance and/or challenges.  You experience hypnosis via phone or skype, addressing any additional issues that may arise.

Initial Sessions are $150/Subsequent Sessions are $90 and check-ins (20 minute phone or skype sessions) are $35.
