What is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced
Ray-Key) is a Japanese technique
for stress reduction and relaxation and also promotes natural
healing .
The
Usui System of Reiki Healing is a hands-on healing technique.
Reiki, Universal Life Energy, is channeled through the
practitioner’s hands
for self-treatment and treatment of others.
The result of receiving Reiki is enhanced health and well being
physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
Reiki is not just for the ill or
injured but can assist in maintaining and enhancing health.
How Reiki Works
The client, remaining
clothed, is usually lying on a massage table.
Treatments can also be given with the client seated or even
standing.
The Reiki Practitioner goes through a series of hand positions
including the head, stomach, back and feet.
Other, more specific positions may be used based on the clients’
needs.

Usui Reiki Training
Reiki is transferred from Reiki
Masters to students through a series of attunements.
Attunements adjust the vibrations of the Reiki student to the higher
vibrations
of the Reiki power, so that more energy can flow through the body.
This process opens up an individual permanently to the
Reiki energy so that you can give Reiki treatments to yourself and
others.
Reiki I (First Degree)
$150
This class includes the History of Reiki, how to
use it, the Reiki Principles,
the chakras, basic hand positions and practice time.
You will be attuned to receive and channel Reiki energy.
Reiki II (Second
Degree) $250
This class will give a brief overview of what you
learned in Reiki I.
We will learn distance healing and Reiki symbols, as well as
additional hand positions.
The attunement received in second degree Reiki will amplify the
healing energy received.
Reiki III (Master) $450
This is the highest level
of Reiki for those who wish to become a Master Teacher.
Your master attunement will increase the strength of your Reiki
energy.
You will be given the Master symbol and training that will enable
you to attune your students to Reiki energy.
Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of each program.
