outdoor meditation before our classes begin. Reiki I will be taught on Saturday and

Guided Imagery
Guided imagery has been
found to provide significant stress reduction benefits
including physically relaxing the body quickly and
efficiently. The studies demonstrating the health benefits
of imagery are so numerous that many hospitals are
incorporating imagery as an option to help with treatment.
Participants will go into a deeply relaxed state and
envision, with great detail relating to all senses, a
relaxing scene. With practice, it can be done just about

This is the highest level of Reiki for those who wish
to become a Master Teacher. Your master
